Every Pocket Tripod is inspected before it ships. GEOMETRICAL covers it directly, for life, against defects and wear from normal use.
What is covered
- Wear on the rails that hold your angle. If the sliders lose friction over time and your Pocket Tripod can no longer hold your phone at a chosen angle, in landscape or portrait, we replace it with a new one of the same model.
- Manufacturing defects and poor finish. If something got past our inspection and you find it when you open the box, tell us.
- Damage in transit. If it arrives bent or broken, that is covered too.
- Broken adapters. We replace them free.
The Shutter Remote
The Bluetooth Shutter Remote carries a 1-year limited warranty.
What is not covered
Loss, theft, and damage from handling beyond normal use. In particular, avoid bending the two halves against the hinge, and do not force the tilt past the MAX stopper.
How to make a claim
Email hello@geometrical-inc.com with a photo or a short video showing the problem, and your shipping address. We will reply with instructions.
The replacement is free. In the US we usually send it straight out and may include a return label for the original. Outside the US we usually send the replacement without asking for a return at all.
Conditions
This warranty is offered in good faith, to let you buy with confidence. It is not intended to be taken advantage of, and the following conditions apply.
- Tell us as soon as you find the problem, and provide evidence of it. Photographs or a short video are usually enough.
- We reserve the right to ask for the original back before a replacement is sent. Please do not send anything before you hear from us, as we will need to give you the address and, where one applies, a return label.
- Claims for defects in workmanship or damage in transit should reach us within 90 days of delivery.
- We cannot guarantee that a replacement will be the same color as the one you bought.
- If a replacement product or component is not available, we will refund what you paid.
The warranty follows the product rather than the original purchaser, so it still applies if your Pocket Tripod was a gift. It covers genuine product bought from geometrical-inc.com or an authorized seller — scan the Transparency code on the box to confirm yours is genuine.
If an adapter does not fit
That is not a warranty matter. Under the Right-Size Guarantee we send you the size you need, free.
Returns
Separately from this warranty, you have 90 days from delivery to return a purchase. The refund policy has the details.

GEOMETRICAL is not responsible for costs incurred in removing or reinstalling products, or for products returned after service has been rendered. No person other than an officer of GEOMETRICAL is authorized to extend this warranty. GEOMETRICAL may alter these terms without prior notice.
