1. Sponsor. The iPhone Duo Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Geometrical, Inc., 4336 El Camino Real, Irvine, CA 92602 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of (a) the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, (b) Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, and (c) the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their province or territory of residence if that is higher, at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Residents of other countries. Residents of other countries, and residents of Quebec, are not eligible to win. If they submit the entry form, Sponsor may email them a discount code as a thank-you. That discount is not a prize of this Promotion and is not awarded by chance.
4. Promotion period. The Promotion begins November 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends January 9, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). The winner will be drawn and notified on or about January 10, 2027. All entries must be received within the Promotion Period.
5. How to enter. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. To enter, complete the entry form on this page with your first and last name, email address, country of residence, the social platform on which you follow Sponsor and your handle on that platform, and follow Sponsor's official account on that platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Pinterest). A completed entry earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) form entry per person; additional form submissions by the same person are combined and do not earn additional entries.
6. Bonus entries. During the Promotion Period, you can earn additional entries in two ways. (a) Each unique friend you tag in a comment on any @geometrical_inc Instagram post earns one (1) additional entry, up to a maximum of twenty (20) entries per entrant. Tags are counted only from the Instagram account matching the handle in your entry. Tagging the same friend more than once, tagging Sponsor's own accounts, or tagging accounts that do not belong to real people does not earn entries. (b) Having an approved account in Sponsor's free partner (affiliate) program, registered under the same email address as your entry, earns five (5) additional entries, once per entrant. Joining the partner program is free and requires no purchase. Sponsor may disqualify entries generated by automated means, fake accounts, or any method Sponsor considers to be tampering.
7. Entry counts. The entry checker on this page shows entry counts that update about once an hour and are provided for information only. Sponsor's records at the end of the Promotion Period are the official count.
8. Partner program. The partner program is operated separately from this Promotion under its own terms. Commission earned through a partner link has no effect on entries; the only entry benefit of the partner program is the five (5) entries described in rule 5.
9. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) unlocked iPhone Duo with 512GB of storage, in the winner's choice of finish, bought from Apple in the winner's country of residence and shipped free to an address there (approximate retail value $2,199 USD, or the local equivalent). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
10. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
11. Winner selection, verification and notification. The winner will be selected on or about January 10, 2027 in a random drawing, weighted by each entrant's number of eligible entries, conducted by Sponsor or its designated agent. Before the prize is awarded, Sponsor will verify that the selected entrant follows Sponsor's account on the platform named in their entry and meets all other requirements of these rules. The selected entrant will be notified by email and must reply within 48 hours of notification with their full name, mailing address, and any additional information required to award the prize. A selected entrant who lives in Canada must also correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question sent by email before being declared the winner. If the selected entrant does not follow Sponsor's account at the time of verification, does not reply within 48 hours, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question where required, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
12. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees on the prize. For a winner in the United States, Sponsor may require an IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
13. Publicity. By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
14. Privacy. Personal data collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's
Privacy Policy. Entrants in the United States agree to receive occasional email from Sponsor. Entrants in Canada and the United Kingdom receive marketing email only if they tick the box on the entry form. Everyone may unsubscribe at any time.
15. General conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if technical or other factors compromise its integrity. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
16. Limitation of liability. By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor, its affiliates, and any social media platforms used for the Promotion from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
17. Disputes. Any disputes arising under these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
18. Social media disclaimer. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, or Pinterest. All questions, comments, or complaints about the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not the platform.
19. Trademarks. iPhone and iPhone Duo are trademarks of Apple Inc. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this Promotion.
