1. Sponsor. The Ridge Wallet Fall Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Geometrical, Inc., 4336 El Camino Real, Irvine, CA 92602 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, their immediate families, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion period. The Promotion begins September 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends September 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received within the Promotion Period.
4. How to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Submit the entry form on this page to receive one (1) entry. Following @pockettripod on Instagram earns one (1) additional entry. Commenting on the pinned giveaway post and tagging at least one friend earns two (2) additional entries. Optionally, placing any order on geometrical-inc.com during the Promotion Period earns ten (10) additional entries, regardless of order value, limited to one (1) such award per entrant. Entries are combined across methods.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive $200 USD toward a Ridge wallet of their choice (approximate retail value: $200 USD). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner selection and notification. The winner will be selected on or about September 24, 2026 through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designated agent from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by email and by reply on the platform where they entered within 24 hours. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and provide their full name, mailing address, and any additional information required to award the prize. Failure to respond within the designated time may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity. By entering, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy. Personal data collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
9. General conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if technical or other factors compromise its integrity. The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
10. Limitation of liability. By participating, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and any social media platforms used for the Promotion from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
